Warranty & Care

Our warranty

Every TOKK kitchen base is built in our shop in Hurricane, Utah, and we stand behind it. The aluminum frame and factory welds carry a lifetime structural warranty for as long as you own the kitchen. The warranty covers the original homeowner and can’t be transferred.

A finished kitchen includes parts from several companies, so each part is covered by the company that made it:

What isn’t covered

  • Cosmetic changes such as scratches, dents, discoloration and surface oxidation
  • Normal wear and weathering from sun, rain and temperature swings
  • Damage from improper installation, modification, misuse, impact or heavy loads the kitchen wasn’t designed for
  • Damage from site conditions, such as poor drainage or an unlevel surface
  • Damage from fire, flood or other events outside our control

If a covered part fails, we’ll repair or replace it. Labor, removal and reinstallation aren’t included unless we approve them in writing.

Making a claim

Call us at 702-900-5620 or use our contact form. Have these ready:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • A short description of the problem
  • Photos or video

We may ask you to help troubleshoot so we can confirm the cause. For cabinetry, appliances or countertops, we’ll point you to the right company if you’re not sure who to call.

Caring for your kitchen

Stainless steel. Wipe down cabinetry and appliances regularly with a stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth. Grease and food left on stainless steel cause most corrosion, so clean the grill after you cook.

Stucco and stone. A garden hose and mild soap handle most cleaning. If you use a pressure washer, keep it on a low setting and well back from the surface.

Granite. Wipe up spills quickly, especially oil, wine and citrus. Ask your fabricator whether and how often to reseal your countertop.

Winter. If you won’t use the refrigerator for weeks at a time, empty it and unplug it. Covers for the grill and appliances help in every season.

Gas. Have every gas connection and fuel conversion done by a licensed technician.
